Vantra Rosemary Scalp Oil is a cosmetic product intended to condition the scalp and hair. It is not a medicine, drug, or medical device.

It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, including hair loss, alopecia, or any scalp disorder. It has not been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any equivalent regulator. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Hair thinning can have many underlying causes. If your hair loss is sudden, patchy, painful, or accompanied by other symptoms, consult a doctor or dermatologist. Individual results vary and we make no guarantee of any particular outcome.

• For external use on the scalp only. Do not ingest.
• Keep away from eyes; rinse with water if contact occurs.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Patch test on the inner forearm for 24 hours before first use.
• Discontinue immediately if irritation, redness, itching or rash occurs.
• Do not apply to broken, damaged or inflamed skin.
• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a known allergy to rosemary or plants in the Lamiaceae family, or are using a prescription scalp treatment, consult a healthcare professional before use.
• You are responsible for reading the ingredient list on the product label before use.

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues, and will refund in full if we do.

Prices are in USD and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout applies to that order.

Welcome pricing is available on a customer's first order only.

The countdown shown on the site is a per-visit price hold, not a global sale deadline. It does not represent a limited quantity or a sale that is permanently ending.

Standard list price is $42.00 per 30ml bottle. Welcome pricing cannot be combined with other promotions and is limited to one per customer or household.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. They may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather or events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes on delivery. If we cannot ship within the stated window we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.

No scraping, reselling without authorization, reverse engineering, or use of the site for unlawful purposes.

All site content, branding, product photography and copy are our property or licensed to us; do not reproduce without permission.

If you submit a review, photo or testimonial, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it. You confirm it reflects your genuine, honest experience.

We do not offer payment or free product in exchange for a positive review specifically; where a reviewer received a free or discounted product, that will be disclosed on the review. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, off-topic or contain medical claims.

The site and products are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law, except for warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any statutory consumer rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or state of residence. Where those laws conflict with these Terms, those laws prevail.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights described above.

We may update these Terms. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
